SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Family First Hearing Center offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with patients and individuals who have requested information or scheduled services through our website or forms. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and service-related communications. SMS messages are only sent to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages from Family First Hearing Center.
Opt-in is collected through online forms and scheduling tools that include a clear SMS consent disclosure.
2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 1-719-698-1651, or any number from which you received messages. After you send “STOP,” we will send you an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to re-enroll, you may opt in again through our website or forms, and SMS messages will resume.
